Did your child get bit by the horse bug? Have they been asking for a pony for their birthday more incessantly year after year?
Let us take your kids to the next level by joining our Advanced Equestrian Concepts program! This is a graded program that is designed to bring the best out in young equestrians as both riders and horse(wo)men to teach them the ins-and-outs of horsemanship. Our priority is to build competent, attentive, and skilled riders while still having fun in a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment that is committed to their development. A.E.C. directly covers topics such as: Safety and handling Horse anatomy and body language Horse care and management Riding theory and practicum from beginner to advanced Working horses from the ground Horse health and lameness ...and more!
Students can further develop life skills such as: Responsibility Independence Teamwork Confidence Accountability Time Management ...and more!
Students will have opportunities to compete in local horse shows, participate in clinics, trail ride, go to local parades, and more at their trainer's discretion.
Parents, are you feeling left out? Never fear, A.E.C. also offers a Parents Class to keep you up to speed!
Students who show dedication and willingness to learn tend to progress through A.E.C. very well. This program is wonderful for those who show the desire to immerse themselves into the horse world and potentially own their own horse or barn someday! Reference and recommendation letters to colleges or careers will be available for those who participate as well.
Don't hesitate to reach out to Lynnette Cennami for start dates, pricing, program details, show opportunities, and any other questions you may have. We hope to hear from you soon!
